Having a Good Boss is Invaluable

Aron Ain of Kronos recently discussed the incalculable value of having a good boss in The New York Times’ “Corner Office” column. I can relate – I’ve had phenomenal bosses throughout my career, from intern until now, at New South. Being a good boss is hard work and having a good boss is something you shouldn’t take for granted.

At New South, one of our main goals is employee retention. We promote from within and are fiercely loyal to our people.
