Emirates NBD to launch voice-activated banking

Emirates NBD customers in the UAE are now able to get banking updates, track spending and listen to daily market briefings on their Amazon Alexa devices, as the bank continues to lead digital innovation in the region with new Voice Banking solutions powered by Amazon Web Services. 

The new service will be accessible on the go with Amazon Alexa-enabled headsets or through your phone using the Amazon Alexa app. 

Emirates NBD has always been at the forefront of banking innovation, and Voice Banking is another step in this direction, as it utilizes new technologies to enhance the overall customer experience.
