The second Dubai Design Week opened this week and runs until October 29, shining a spotlight on Dubai as a leading design hub. The patron is Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice chairman of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.
The six-day event brings together regional and international designers and enthusiasts for a programme of keynote speeches, panel discussions, public performances and educational workshops.
Showcasing and celebrating the best in design, more than 100 design-dedicated events, activities and projects will take place within the Dubai Design District (d3). It’s well worth a visionary visit!
