The metro support pillars between Dubai International Financial Centre station and Emirates Towers station will soon come alive thanks to Peruvian artist Daniel Cortez and a Dominican-born, Miami-based artist who goes by the name Evoca1. The themes of the murals have been chosen to inspire creativity and spread happiness while also reflecting Dubai’s character, vision and future aspirations.
The colourful project is part of the third phase of the Dubai Street Museum initiative, with additional projects set to take place over the next three years that will cover bridges, tunnels, walking tracks, bus stops and additional public facilities.
