Expo 2020 Dubai’s online, free-to-use platform enables companies from around the world to unlock business opportunities, forge international partnerships and drive growth.
Much effort is being placed by the Dubai government into the support of businesses of all sizes, especially SMEs, to benefit from Expo in expanding their operations in the region. Organisers have set a goal of awarding 20% of the value of all contracts to SMEs.
Recently, OMP announced that over 26,000 companies from 150 countries have applied to be involved, and the majority of contracts have been awarded to SMEs – a total of 56%.
