Arabia’s best hummus restaurant opens in Dubai

Abu Jbara, Jordan’s most popular hummus restaurant, has finally opened its first international branch in Dubai. I’ve tried hummus in almost every country in the Arab world, but this restaurant literally takes things to another level.

Personally, I like to go for breakfast. The best dish is the hummus with foul in the middle, which features just a few chickpeas strewn on top and a magic “grated spicy green peppers and lemon” sauce. This is the best silky hummus you will ever eat.

Then just order a few pieces of falafel and a tea to go with it. Ya habibi.
