Three-Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura to open restaurant in Dubai

To all Italian food junkies out here in Dubai: If you’re a “Chef’s Table” fan, you’ll definitely be excited for what’s coming next.

Chef Massimo Bottura – the man behind the world’s best restaurant, Osteria Francescana in Italy – is set to open his new venue Torno Subito (Italian for “I’ll be right back”) at the W Hotel on Dubai’s famous Palm.

Apparently, Massimo’s first project outside of Italy will take you on a ride into the “dolce vita” of the Italian Riviera in the 1960s. Open for lunch and dinner, the opening date is expected to be in October or November.
