The holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims throughout the world fast from sunrise to sunset, is right around the corner.

If you are keen on experiencing Islamic traditions and culture, then Ramadan provides you the opportunity to immerse yourself in these traditions. It also gives you a chance to enjoy some local food. However, there are some important rules you need to follow when visiting Dubai during Ramadan.

Please remember to refrain from eating in public, greet everyone by saying “Ramadan Mubarak” as a kind gesture, don’t play any loud music, and lastly, enjoy iftar at various restaurants and majlis.
