Bikram is to yoga what Tae Bo is to kickboxing. You go into a heated room and sweat it out for 90 minutes.

Bikram is a hot yoga style that is based on 26 postures and two breathing exercises, which can help you stretch deeply, detoxify your body, release stress and heal chronic pain.

Sounds fun, right? It may sound easy and relaxing at first, but be careful as beginners without proper instruction and training can get hurt. However, if you’re looking for an advanced yoga style to stretch and sweat it all out, the Bikram system can’t be beat.
