Fancy a film? Movie lovers will now be able to experience their favourite flicks at ScreenX, a 270-degree multi-projection system, opened at the Reel Cinemas in The Dubai Mall.
Created in 2012 by CJ CGV, a South Korean tech company, ScreenX is a new type of cinema format that allows viewers to go beyond the frame of the traditional screen by expanding the image of feature films onto three theatre walls, creating an immersive, panoramic 270-degree format.
The new venue will become one of a select few in the Middle East, with 142 screens currently existing worldwide.
