Have your kids learn from UAE creatives in a five-day summer program led by different artists each day. The Children’s Summer Camp at Jameel Arts Centre features immersive learning workshops.
These include exercises in mindfulness, drawing, collage, pattern-making, storytelling, zine-making, short films, reading sessions on creativity and an arts-specific treasure hunt in the Centre that will make your kids’ summer break a fun-filled experience.
There’s also a group collaboration where children spend time building a large-scale cityscape installation made of upcycled material.
The camp runs July 7 -11, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
