Smart Dubai introduces the new artificially intelligent city concierge, named Rashid. Rashid is the official backbone of Expo 2020’s virtual assistant solution and is available in both English and Arabic on the official website of Expo 2020.
Accessible through any smart device, this virtual concierge will not only be a smart advisor to Dubai residents but will also provide users with all the essential information needed to enjoy Expo 2020. This information will include flight timings, hotel bookings and information about the shows and attractions.
The service can be accessed via Rashid.ae, Dubai.ae or the DubaiNow mobile app.
