What an incredible feeling it is to finally indulge your thirst and eat to your heart’s desires after a long day of fasting! And you definitely need that one light, energetic sweet after that feast. With only three ingredients you’ll get the taste of Arabian sweets!

Ingredients:

1- Mushy Sukkari Dates

2- Butter Biscuit

3- Cardamom

4- Drizzle with chocolate (optional)

Directions:

– Remove the outer cover of the date, seed and mince with a fork.

– Crush the biscuit into powder.

– Mix biscuits, dates and Cardamom together to become dough like.

– Shape mix into small balls, freeze, drizzle chocolate and enjoy!
