Il Borro Tuscan Bistro: More Than Just a Restaurant

Translating a 1,000 year history, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro is a modern interpretation of the Tuscan cuisine where sourced ingredients follow the biodynamic philosophy of the brand.

The brand first began when Italian fashion magnate Ferruccio Ferragamo – son of the famous showmaker Salvatore – discovered the medieval Tuscan hamlet of Il Borro in 1985. He has spent much of the last decade restoring the estate to a luxury Relais & Chateux hotel as well as a gastro-destination with Osteria del Borro.
