We have completely eradicated hundreds of diseases in the recent past. However, rather than curing diseases with medicines, we must focus on their prevention, and a well-balanced diet is key. Good diets provide adequate nutrition, which will boost immunity and help us to prevent harmful diseases, to a large extent.
Having said that, health is not limited to physical well-being but mental and social well-being as well. Smartphones and social media have proven to be potential threats to our social and emotional health.
We need to connect with family, friends and above all, Mother Nature, for better health and well-being.
