With all the negativity going around lately, it’s easy to let our mental health deteriorate. Here are a few things you can do to keep yourself entertained and mentally strong during those hard times:
• Stick to a routine. Therapists recommend doing it even though you don’t have to. It helps keep the flow going and makes it easier to go back to normal.
• It’s a good time to do some reading and finally pick up that book you’ve been planning to start “tomorrow” for the past three months.
• Catch up with some old friends. Over the phone/internet of course. #SocialDistancing
