Property developer Imkan has announced AlJurf, a fully integrated second home destination along Sahel Al Emarat, the riviera situated in Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The project, called Sahel Al Emarat, or “Riviera of the Emirates,” will occupy 370 hectares of land in Abu Dhabi’s Ghantoot nature reserve, close to the Dubai border. The first phase of 293 small, “ranch-like” villas called Al Jurf Gardens will cost around Dh2bn to build and is scheduled for completion by 2021.
As part of the wider neighbourhood, residents will be able to enjoy marinas with a town centre, hotels and shops.
