With only a few weeks left to make the most of Dubai’s outdoors, a new urban beach and workout space is now open to the public in Dubai Design District.
Completely free of charge and open until midnight, people from all ages can let off some steam outside with basketball and volleyball courts, a skate park, climbing wall and workout equipment. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s also accessible by water taxi.
What makes this park special is its green credentials; it’s made entirely from 27 tonnes of concrete leftover from the construction of the canal area.
