It’s cool to be cold

by The 100 Companies

I love exploring alternative medicine. I get acupuncture, go to a holistic chiropractor, see an energy healer, have been to a shaman, tried craniosacral therapy and even tried hypnosis.

My latest obsession is cryotherapy or “cold therapy.” By stepping into an enclosed chamber and immersing yourself in temperatures between -200°F and -256°F, the body receives immediate health benefits.

In my experience, inflammation reduced dramatically, muscle soreness lessened, I’m sleeping better, my energy increased and my mood’s better. Much of this having started after one visit.

Miracle cure or passing fad? Not giving it the cold shoulder just yet.
