Local Initiative to Help Address the Challenges Women Face in the Workplace

A YouGov poll conducted for Philips Avent has shown that 69% of UAE based working mothers believe there are a lack of facilities to breastfeed their babies in the workplace; whilst 49% lack support from employers to facilitate the recommended form of baby feeding.

Fortunately, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group and Philips Avent are collaborating to help companies outfit tailored rooms and create more private and hygienic environments for mothers to care for their babies.

Al Gurg Group and Philips Avent have pledged to build ten rooms for the first ten organisations to sign up. A noble start to 2017!
