Careem continues to improve its customer experience in the UAE and has recently introduced free Wi-Fi on all its business class cars. Customers using the service will have access to Wi-Fi via a passcode provided by the driver.
Careem’s plan to enhance its customer experience includes several benefits such as the Dubai Taxi booking option and a collaboration with Emirates Skywards that allow customers to earn miles on their Careem trips.
Also available on the app is the Careem Max service which allows customers to take their sporting equipment, such as bikes and surf boards, on their ride.
