UAE Students Develop Inspiring Initiatives for Their Communities

by

Some exceptional UAE students have developed initiatives to support their local communities. From a drone maker with a social conscience to a recycling activist, these students have been inspired by the ethos and vision enshrined in The Year of Giving.

Ashar Yahya founded the first charity cricket league ‘Cricket for a Cause.’ Dhruv Karthik created a drone as a tool for the emergency services, whilst Darianne De Anda co-founded the first Girl Up chapter at her school.

All are mentees of the Hale Education Group where they’re clearly encouraged to identify how they can add value to UAE communities.
