Do’s and don’ts

by

The holy month of Ramadan is here, which means fasting during daylight hours and breaking the fast in the evening with Iftar. For non-Muslims living in Dubai, the do’s and don’ts during Ramadan are generally known, but here are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Do not eat or drink in public during fasting hours. It’s super important to respect those who are fasting and avoid eating or drinking in public.

2. Don’t plan work lunches.

3. Don’t refuse an Iftar invitation.

5. Don’t tell your Muslim friends you want to fast to lose weight. That’s just rude.
