UAE National Day on Dec. 2 marks the 47th anniversary of the formation of the United Arab Emirates, a vision brought into reality by the country’s founding father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
This is a good time to reflect on how quickly the UAE has become a global demonstration of tolerance, peace, community and respect. While not utopia, it is a shining example for the inclusion of nationalities, religions and cultures living and working together.
