Google Maps reinvented travel and enables its one billion daily users to instantly visit major streets and landmarks across the globe.
In celebration of the UAE’s 45th National Day on 2 December, Google added a new series of Dubai’s iconic sites in its Street View Special Collects, a feature by Google Maps that allows users to view and navigate 360 degree street-level imagery of major streets and iconic or historic landmarks.
Burj Khalifa marked the first Special Collect in the UAE, and now other Dubai landmarks like Dubai Creek, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and Deira Spice Souk are included.
