Simple yoga moves can mitigate stiffness after your workday ends.
Wide-Legged Forward Bend. Stand with legs 3-4 feet apart, hands on hips. Bend forward keeping your back straight. Reach down as far as possible.
Crescent Moon Pose. Stand tall, interlace your fingers above your head. Exhale pressing your right hip out to the side. Inhale reaching your fingers toward the ceiling.
Seated Spinal Twist. Begin seated. Bend your right knee placing your right foot outside of your left leg. Turn to the right placing your right hand behind you and wrapping your left arm around your right leg.
