The Guinness World Records 2018 book has recognised Her Excellency Shamma bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui for her massive milestone: being the youngest cabinet member EVER in the world.
At just 22 years old, Shamma bint Suhail was named the Minister of State of Youth Affairs in February of this year. This young Emirati woman holds degrees from both Oxford and NYU.
