How will work life change after a pandemic?

Slowly but surely things will begin to get back to normal as the curve flattens, but most people expect it will be a new normal – especially when it comes to our work lives.

Several companies have been sending out surveys to gauge their employees’ comfort level, request suggestions and offer solutions. Other offices are already proposing a more flexible work from home schedule, only utilizing the office when necessary for essential meetings or conferences.

And while the open office trend has taken over lately, many expect this trend to revert to more walls, closed-in offices and general separation between coworkers.
