Intrinsic Traits That Men Have and Women Should Adopt

Women have made tangible progress when it comes to leadership in the workplace, but there is still a long road ahead.

In a recent talk, Rana Ghandour Salhab, Reach Mentoring advisor and prominent business leader, made the argument that men are, on average, ahead of women in the corporate world because of intrinsic traits that propel them forward more quickly than women.

She argues they are more confident and engaged in meetings and more aggressive to get ahead than women, amongst other things. She believes women need to adopt a more formidable balance of these traits to elevate their careers.
