We all know the UAE is on a gender equality mission. The newly relaunched hopscotch.work is here to aid that mission by helping professional women in the region. The platform allows women to create a work profile where they can easily connect with businesses and eliminate the recruitment middle man.
Based on research from Diversitas (a global consultancy specializing in diversity and inclusion), a third of women have never felt supported in the workplace. Originally launched in 2016, the hopscotch platform currently supports 50,000 women who are job hunting, training or just seeking personal development and more opportunities.
