Historic events in recent weeks have highlighted the strength, determination and organizational ability of women to help engineer positive change in the world. Last month’s Women’s March saw over two million women (and men and children) march in cities across the US and 20 other countries in an unprecedented show of discontent – and solidarity.
With humour, strong community and heart-warming inclusion, the marches demonstrated the ability of women to make things happen, and to give voice, leadership and inspiration.
In our city we have so many women who are doing just that, this week’s The Dubai 100 salutes them.
