Look no further than Reach Mentoring, the first structured mentoring programme focused on the development of women professionals in the Middle East. Companies can partner with Reach, a non-profit organization registered in the DIFC, and contribute both mentors and mentees to the programme.
Operating since 2014, Reach has seen more than 300 mentees and mentors from all industries and all nationalities complete the programme, with both excellent results and long-term impact. Application is open for 2018 cohorts.
