Mojo attended our annual SERMO network conference in LA last week, which focused on the future for brand communications and the role of technology.

Leaders from the likes of Disney and L’Oreal, as well as trend trackers with their fingers on the global consumer pulse, highlighted the route to success for brands and marketers: immersive customer experiences, product customization and the development of a “phygital” (physical & digital) relationship with your consumers.

Delivering all this calls for social listening tools to truly understand your customers, and experiential tech like AR, VR and holograms to immerse and engage.
